Here’s my new dance… it’s where I dominate you by helicoptering through you for a TD… and consequently a Dub.

Big, small, tall, short, round… these are just a few words that come to mind when describing my fellow Bears fans. Here are a few pics from fellow Bears fan @Suseye that fall into the “small” and “short” categories!
However, I believe that we can do better than just “small” and “short” so drumroll please………. we will now refer to these little ones as “Da Mini Bears Fans” boom, bam, kazoooom! Ok, not that cool, but sure beats “small” and “short!”
Bear Down my little friends, Bear Down!

Danielle rooting 4 DA-BEARS!

Jake Rooting 4 "DA-BEARS"!

Cutler vows to do better... what a relief!
This is what I like to hear… Here’s a quick piece by AP Sports Writer Andrew Seligman…
LAKE FOREST, Ill. - Just for the record, Jay Cutler had a hard time believing how his debut with the Chicago Bears went, too.
Hailed as a franchise savior after the blockbuster trade from Denver, the rifle-armed quarterback threw a dud in a season-opening loss at Green Bay. Four interceptions had fans buzzing for the worst.
He vowed to do better when defending champion Pittsburgh visits this week.
Cutler said he wasn’t any more nervous than usual against the Packers. He was, however, “disappointed in my performance, but I can’t dwell on it.”

Jay Cutler is a Superstar!
The Butler to Cutler t-shirt was featured on Chicago Now’s Jay Cutler Superstar Blog in a piece written by Matt Lo Cascio. If you like Cutler, his blog is a must to follow! Matt will probably win a “golden pen” for his witty quips and ability to say “brats, sah-sag and Dikta” within five words.
THANKS MATT!
“I dig this. Got a Tweet about a site that is selling a new Jay Cutler shirt. The site is Butler to Cutler. Simple but cool concept: number 6 has gone from Kevin Butler to Jay Cutler. Since Butthead won a ring back with our beloved ‘85 Bears, I can only hope this is a portent of great things to come. But this time let’s get more one championship, mm-kay?
Here’s some pics of the new shirt:
One more pic after the jump…

If you’d like to order one you can head over to the site. I especially like their tagline: “The new Butler to Cutler t-shirt… 100% pure light weight cotton. Soft enough for your woman, tough enough for the hot dog fixin’ stains.” I have to assume that includes Brats too. And sah-sage. Ditka!!!”

After a fireside chat with (checking wikipedia) Jay Cutler, we’ve found that Mr. Cutler, or Cutty Mac as @Operative7 likes to call him, has had quite the career as evidenced by his early awards, honors and records. C’mon… who can’t like Cutler when he has an award for SEC Offensive Player of the Year in 2005. This award directly correlates to his success in 2009 for Da Bears.

Thanks to BlogDownChicagoBears.com for this image.
Here are a few more reasons why Mr. Cutler… excuse me, Cutty Mac, can beat up your team’s QB:
Awards and Honors
The Sporting News third-team freshman All-American (2002)
Associated Press first-team freshman All-SEC (2002)
First-team All-SEC (2005)
SEC Offensive Player of the Year (2005)
Johnny Unitas Golden Arm Award finalist (2005)
Records
Vanderbilt University school career records:
Total offense: 9,953
Touchdown passes: 59
Passing yards: 8,697
Pass completions: 710
Pass attempts: 1,242
Combined touchdowns: 76
